I wanted to pass along with you, recognition from the EMS Command Staff. There have been quite a few of them listening to WMRCC reports to gauge how the statuses of patients coming into the ED's. They have noticed how you have been very diligent in asking crews the patient's status on COVID positive or negative symptoms. Today, it was recognized in the Command Staff phone conference with the Medical Directors. They all wanted to pass along the great work you are doing. Nice job everyone!
