• Hennepin County Sheriff Communications has accepted our request to move staff to their backup ECC in Golden Valley

When call-taking, please remember to complete the caller information, including if an outside agency called.

If the other ECC needs to do a callback, they are unable to determine who called without extra steps to determine caller information.
