2020 Road Construction Considerations

Please take into account the following road closures:

I-35W Minneapolis

• The ramp from I-35W north to Fifth Avenue is closed through mid-summer. The ramp to 11th Street and East Grant Street remains open.

• The ramp from Fourth Avenue/10th Street to I-35W south is closed through mid-summer.

Around the Airport (Affecting Airport Access from HEMS PSA)

• Highway 5 east is closed between I-494 in Bloomington and Davern Street in St. Paul.

• The ramp from Highway 55/62 east to Highway 5 east is closed.
